Registration Deadlines
- Early registration: by December 20th 2025
- Late registration: from December 21st 2025 to January 30th 2026
After January 30th NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ADMITTED and NO ONSITE REGISTRATIONS are possible.
Registration for presenting authors
Presenters of submitted and accepted contributions must register by January 15 in order to ensure the inclusion of their contribution in the final program.

The registation includes:

AISEM 2026 SCHOOL REGISTRATION
The registration to the AISEM 2026 School follows a two-step procedure.
During the registration process, you will be asked to express your interest in attending the school. Due to space constraints, the number of seats is limited and priority will be given to students and early career researchers.
Selected participants will receive a link for the information about the school program.
We encourage you to register as soon as possible.
