The official language of the conference is English. All slides used for oral presentations, posters, and presentation discussions must be in English.

Oral Presentations

The duration of each presentation is 10 minutes including discussion.
Authors should limit their presentation to 8 minutes to allow for 2 minutes of questions.

A projector and a computer with MS PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader will be available in every session room for regular presentations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BRING THE PRESENTATION ON A USB MEMORY STICK IN ORDER TO TRANSFER IT TO THE COMPUTER IN THE PRESENTATION ROOM. Files can be uploaded to the computers in the lecture rooms during the breaks between the sessions. To avoid software compatibility problems, speakers are advised to put .ppt, .pptx and .pdf versions of their presentation on the USB stick.

Be warned that movies embedded in the presentations are not guaranteed to be played. In addition, avoid using fonts that are not present in the Windows operating systems.

Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair.

Poster Presentations

There will be a number of posters presented during the Conference. In order to make these sessions run smoothly, some cooperation from the poster exhibitor is necessary. Please make sure your poster is put up before the start of the session.

Poster boards' dimensions (including frames) will be 95 cm in width and 240 cm in height.
To keep good legibility of the poster, the recommended format is AO portrait: 84,1 cm x 118,9 cm.

Authors are responsible for printing their posters. Posters must be mounted on the boards in the morning of the presentation day and removed at the end of the working day. Posters remaining after the session ends will be removed.

Poster Board Assignment: each poster board will be numbered. Please, refer to the program to find your assigned poster board number.
